/ˈperso/, [ˈpe̞rs̠o̞]
Alkuperäperse + -o, derived from perse (“arse”). Compare dialectal makeaperse (“sweet-toothed person”, literally “sweet ass”), colloquial herkkuperse and e.g. olla makean perään (“to be greedy for sweet”, literally “to be after sweet”).
- greedy with allative ‘for’ (consumed by selfish desires for something that brings pleasure, e.g. sweet, unhealthy food)
“Nalle Puh on perso hunajalle.” — Winnie the Pooh is greedy for honey.
“Olen todella perso makealle.” — I'm a real sweet tooth.
