Minesweeper Unlimited is the same 9x9, 10-mine game without the daily wait: every round deals a fresh board, generated so that logic alone clears it from the marked start cell, with no 50/50 guess. Tap to reveal, long-press or right-click to flag, and tap a number whose flags account for it to open its neighbours. Unlimited rounds never repeat today's daily board and do not affect your streak.
Daily Minesweeper is one 9x9 board with 10 hidden mines, the same for every player in the world each day. Open every cell that is not a mine and you win; open a mine and the day is over.
Start on the marked cell. It is always safe and always a zero, so your first tap opens a whole region. Every open number counts the mines in the eight cells around it.
Tap to reveal a cell; long-press it (or right-click it) to plant a flag where you have proved a mine. Tap a number whose flags already account for it and all its other neighbours open at once.
Every daily board is checked by a solver before it is served: from the marked cell, logic alone clears it, with no 50/50 guess anywhere. Your time and clicks go to the global leaderboard.
The numbers along the edge of your first region carry the most information. Work your way around it rather than jumping across the board.
A 1, 2, 1 in a row along a covered edge puts mines under both 1s and none under the 2. It is one of the most common patterns on a beginner board.
When two numbers share covered cells, the difference between them often decides the cells that only one of them touches.
The row above the board counts your flags against the 10 mines. Near the end, that count alone can tell you the last covered cells are safe.
