What is Squaredle in Spanish?

Squaredle is a daily letter-trace word-find puzzle in Spanish. A variable-shape grid of letters (up to 5×5, sometimes with missing cells) appears. Drag through adjacent letters — horizontally, vertically, or diagonally — to spell words of 4 letters or more. Find every required word to earn five stars. Bonus words beyond the required list add flair.

How is it different from squaredle.app?

Same core mechanic — variable-shape letter grid, trace adjacent cells, find every word ≥4 letters, star tiers for progress. Wordle Global adds: multi-language support (squaredle.app is English-only), a built-in unlimited mode, per-language archive of past daily grids, and the same editorial aesthetic as the rest of the hub. No ads during play, no paid tier.

What counts as a valid word?

Any word of 4 letters or more that can be traced through the grid's 8-connected neighbours without reusing a cell. The word must be in our Spanish dictionary (tier-1 frequency, non-slur, non-proper-noun).

What's the difference between required and bonus words?

Required words are the 20–22 most common words the grid yields — those are what the star system measures against. Bonus words are additional valid dictionary words you can trace for flair; they don't count toward stars but are recognised and added to your found list in amber.

How does the star rating work?

Stars unlock at 30%, 50%, 70%, 90%, and 100% of required words. Reaching 70% (the Champion threshold) marks the puzzle as solved and counts toward your streak. 100% is Perfect — every required word found.

Why do some grids have missing cells?

Squaredle uses a rotating library of 15 shapes for daily variety — full 4×4, L-shapes, staircases, diamonds, jagged edges, and more. Missing cells aren't just visual; they change how your finger can trace, which letters can connect, and how many words the grid yields. Today's difficulty (the 1–5 stars above the grid) reflects the shape as well as letter quality.
